We are a boutique mobile support service working together to have you Accessing Connections to your chosen supports.

Accessing Connection Supports Services supports people with complex mental health, psychosocial disabilities along with people with physical and intellectual disabilities.

Getting to know you and supporting you to access and make connections with your chosen services that will be responsive to you throughout your journey, breaking down barriers and working with you to live the life you deserve, your way

We do this by working collaboratively with individuals, families, carer’s, clinical and other professionals in a person’s network to ensure a holistic approach to meeting individual needs and developing self-efficacy and realization of potential.
Our Mission

My passion is in promoting independence, developing confidence in others, and leading practice excellence through coaching support staff in enhancing their skills and ability to be valuable team members in your journey.

With a background in problem solving as well as life experience, a sense of humor and reliability are all quality’s that compliment my skills. Extremely high work ethics, built on trust, honesty, respect and integrity.

Tertiary qualifications and 10 years extensive experience working in the Complex Mental health, AOD and disability support sector.
Lived experience and a passion of advocating for people to have freedom of choice and control, maintaining independence, working with people’s strengths, and supporting dignity of risk for people to live a life of their choosing.

Essential skills for multi-tasking, prioritizing, being flexible and adaptable to needs as they occur.

Building respectful relationships in all socio-economic environments. Capability to advocate for others, build and access connections to support networks throughout various roles within the sector

Through experience I have shown the ability to support people with complex mental illness and working with them to set goals towards independence. I have been working collaboratively with individuals, families, carer’s, clinical and other professionals in a person’s network to ensure a holistic approach to meeting individual needs. 

In my role I continually strive to ensure staff and services maintain a focus on person centered needs to achieve outcomes & service delivery objectives in line with values and goals all whilst supporting your choice and control.
