Support Coordination

Together Accessing connections support services can support you with a mobile and flexible support coordination service to build your capacity and confidence, support you to gain the confidence you need to utilise your plan by accessing connections to compliment your growth in achieving your aspirations.

  • Increase your independence.
  • Make connections to other services to access programs, groups and therapists.

We will be beside you to navigate your NDIS journey.

  • Assisting you with the setup of service agreements with providers

Recovery Coach will provide you with support to increase your:

How is a Recovery Coach different?

A Recovery Coach is similar to a Support Coordinator but has specific mental health qualifications and/or lived experience of mental health and psychosocial disability. A Recovery Coach is trained to focus on the complexities that come with a psychosocial diagnosis.
